Ashby is hiring a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist to lead technically complex, hands-on SaaS implementations for B2B customers across Europe. You will own projects from kickoff through go-live, manage a portfolio of 15–20 implementations, and partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role leading full-cycle B2B SaaS implementations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent mid-market implementations without compromising quality.
• Autonomy to own implementation plans end-to-end.
• Comfort with complex, multi-module software configurations.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to advise on configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own each implementation from handoff to go-live.
• Manage 15–20 active mid-market implementations.
• Build project plans and track timelines and follow-up.
• Advise on configurations and workflows.
