You’ll partner with an Implementation Specialist to translate requirements into tailored configuration of the platform, define testing plans, and document decisions for post-launch optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SaaS implementations and project management.
• Ability to tailor configurations to enterprise needs.
• Comfort with remote work and travel<5% as needed.
• Strong collaboration across CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration execution for new Ashby customers.
• Partner with an Implementation Specialist to confirm requirements.
• Lead tailored configuration of platform functionality and testing.
