Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Account Executive, Mid Market (Southeast) for a remote role focused on driving new business with mid-sized customers across the Southeast. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, engaging executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

The position emphasizes a hunter mindset with quota attainment and relationship-building, contributing to above-market compensation including base salary, bonuses, and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
• Experience closing new deals over $10,000 annually.
• Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
• Experience selling in the midmarket space with medium to large deal sizes.
• High-volume cold calling experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of IoT solutions to mid-sized customers
• Manage trials and proof of concepts (POCs) with multiple stakeholders
• Negotiate pricing and close deals with executives and CXOs
• Conduct ongoing research to identify potential customers
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance the selling process
