Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation seeks a dynamic Mid-Market Enterprise New Sales professional to drive growth across mid-market and SMB segments in hospitality, leveraging our unified commerce software and hardware.

The role partners with sales engineering, solution architects, marketing, and service teams to convert opportunities into long-term wins for customers and PAR. Remote eligibility spans several states including FL and NY.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional sales experience in SaaS or hardware.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or QSR software is a must.
• Track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong sales campaign management, organization, and execution skills.
• Sharp oral and written communication, with polished marketing/sales materials.
• Fluency with full lifecycle sales process management and consultative selling.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Seek out and target sales opportunities within your assigned territory to drive growth.
• Promote and sell PAR's unified commerce solutions against competitors based on customer needs and value.
• Partner with marketing to build regional sales and marketing campaigns to keep your pipeline full.
• Stay current on industry trends in the restaurant space and speak the language of customers.
• Adjust strategy and tactics in response to market conditions.
