Zusammenfassung

Hubexo is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business in North America. You will manage the full sales cycle, prospect, demo, qualify opportunities and close deals while maintaining a strong pipeline across the construction technology market.

You will use a modern sales tech stack, collaborate with colleagues, be coached by your manager, and focus on delivering value-led conversations that translate customer problems into measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, construction technology, data, insights, software or an SDR-to-AE model would be helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across phone, video and email.

Aufgaben

• Proactively identify and research timely, high-value targets within your territory.
• Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Generate new sales opportunities through consistent outbound activity.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and follow up regularly with prospects.
• Run regular product demos, typically 10+ per week.
• Qualify opportunities and move deals through the sales process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling solutions.
• Measure results with your manager to improve activity and outcomes.
• Close deals consistently and aim to exceed quota.
• Attend industry events and company meetings as required.
