This remote, field-based role requires up to 60% travel across the Mid-Atlantic region and resides within the territory; you will recruit new reseller partners and drive revenue growth. The role calls for a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience and 3-5 years direct sales experience, including interaction with C-level partners.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years direct sales experience recommended.
• Experience interacting with C Level partners.
• Travel of 60%+ in the assigned region is expected.
• Remote work from home office with overnight travel; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Partner Recruitment: identify, prospect, and contract new B2B reseller partners.
• Account Development: build joint business plans with existing partners and expand portfolios.
• Enablement & Co-Selling: train partner teams, deliver demos, assist in closing deals.
• Territory Management: map high-opportunity sub-markets, track competition, maintain forecasts.
• Relationship Management: advocate for partners and coordinate with Canon resources.
