Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team in a fully remote role, with work hours aligned to East Coast time. You will administer and support Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related services, develop automation with PowerShell, and work with Microsoft Graph APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to resolve problems and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues and meet SLAs.
• Manage incidents and requests via Service Management platform; follow Change Management processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline admin tasks and reporting.
• Monitor service health, security alerts, and usage trends; generate reports and dashboards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
