The American Red Cross seeks a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. This is a fully remote role, based anywhere in the United States, with East Coast hours.

You will support and optimize Microsoft 365 services, solve complex issues, and automate workflows to enhance reliability and security. Ideal candidates have a strong cloud background, solid problem-solving skills, and a commitment to the Red Cross mission.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in IT or MS 365 administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely end-user support within SLAs.
• Document incidents, requests, and changes; follow change management processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support of critical incidents.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline administration and reporting.
