The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team in a fully remote role. You will support Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, while ensuring security, reliability, and user enablement across the organization.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid grasp of Microsoft cloud technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with information systems/CS focus.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in IT or MS 365 administration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook and Teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues and meet SLAs.
• Monitor security and compliance, document procedures, and create reports.
• Develop automation with PowerShell to streamline administration.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to support projects.
