Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States, but requires East Coast hours and a commitment to reliable, high-quality support and system administration.

You will administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, automate workflows with PowerShell, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure, compliant, and highly available cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues for end users.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate admin tasks and reporting.
• Monitor service health and security alerts; implement improvements.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to support projects and operations.
