Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. This fully remote position can be based anywhere in the United States but must be able to work East Coast hours and bring strong problem-solving skills within the Microsoft 365 environment.

You will administer, monitor, and optimize cloud services, provide end-user support, create automation with PowerShell, and collaborate with IT teams to support the Red Cross mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• ITIL framework knowledge and IT service management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook and Teams.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and meet SLAs.
• Manage incidents and service requests in the Service Management platform.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate admin tasks.
• Monitor security alerts and performance in M365.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support the Red Cross mission.
