The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator for a fully remote role, based anywhere in the United States with East Coast hours. The position focuses on administration, troubleshooting, security, monitoring, and automation across the Microsoft 365 environment to support IT and business teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies, and the ability to collaborate with diverse customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work on a team.

Responsabilités

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues; meet established SLAs.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem records in the Service Management platform.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline administration and reporting.
• Utilize Microsoft Graph and APIs to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor service health, security alerts, and usage trends in Microsoft 365.
• Create technical documentation and user guides; train users on best practices.
