Job summary

American Red Cross seeks a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator for a fully remote role based anywhere in the United States, with availability to work East Coast hours. You will support and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related services to enable collaboration.

The position emphasizes strong problem solving, automation with PowerShell, security and compliance, and collaboration with IT teams to deliver reliable user experiences and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related IT experience.
• Strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and meet SLAs.
• Manage incidents and requests via the Service Management platform.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate admin tasks and reporting.
