Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States but requires East Coast hours.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a solid Microsoft 365 background to support end-user needs and system administration. You will administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related services; troubleshoot issues, document incidents, and optimize the

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination required.
Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues; meet SLAs.
Document incidents and requests; manage changes.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration and reporting.
