Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States and requires East Coast working hours.

You will manage Outlook/Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related services while delivering high-quality end-user support. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, experience with Microsoft cloud technologies, and a commitment to security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years in IT or similar.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
• Develop automation with PowerShell and Graph APIs.
• Provide end-user support and maintain security/compliance.
