Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator for a fully remote role. You will support Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, while ensuring security and reliable operation. The position requires collaboration with IT teams and exceptional customer service.

You will develop automation with PowerShell, monitor service health, and provide end-user assistance across the Microsoft 365 environment, aligning with East Coast business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related IT experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for end users.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, security, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Provide end-user support and resolve issues to SLA targets.
• Document incidents, requests, and changes in the Service Management platform.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate admin tasks and reporting.
• Monitor service health, security alerts, and usage trends across Microsoft 365.
