Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a detail‑oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator. This remote role supports the Microsoft 365 environment, provides end‑user support, and collaborates with IT teams to ensure secure, reliable services.

The candidate will administer, monitor, and optimize 365 workloads, contribute to automation with PowerShell and Graph APIs, and maintain documentation and training materials for users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues while meeting SLAs.
• Document incidents and requests in the Service Management platform; follow Change Management processes.
