Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States but requires East Coast hours and strong problem-solving skills.

You will administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, provide end-user support, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure, reliable operations and documentation. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues meeting SLAs.
• Document incidents and requests in the Service Management platform and follow Change Management.
