Job summary

American Red Cross seeks a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States and requires East Coast hours.

You'll maintain and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, provide end-user support, and work with IT teams to ensure security and reliability. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, experience with PowerShell, and knowledge of Azure AD and ITIL processes, along with the ability to document

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IS/CS or related field.
• 4+ years of related IT experience and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with end-user support, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and meet SLAs with timely resolutions.
• Document incidents and requests in the Service Management platform.
• Develop automation with PowerShell to streamline administration.
• Monitor security, compliance, and reporting within Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on projects and improvements.
• Create technical documentation and user training materials.
