Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator for a fully remote role, ideally located anywhere in the United States, with ability to work East Coast hours. The role focuses on administration, troubleshooting, security, monitoring, reporting, documentation, and user enablement across Microsoft 365 services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IS/CS or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related IT experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services across Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and deliver timely, effective support within SLAs.
• Document incidents, requests, and changes; maintain processes per ITIL.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate admin tasks and reporting.
• Monitor security, compliance, and service health across the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Create technical documentation and provide user enablement and training.
