Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to support our enterprise cloud environment. This is a fully remote role, aligned to East Coast hours, with responsibilities spanning administration, troubleshooting, security, and automation across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years in Microsoft 365, strong PowerShell scripting, and experience with ITIL processes, reporting, and user enablement to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services across Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues per SLAs.
• Develop automation with PowerShell to streamline admin tasks.
• Monitor security, compliance, and service health; generate reports.
• Maintain documentation and assist with on-call rotation.
