The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States, but must be able to work East Coast hours.

Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in IS/CS or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency and scripting capability.

- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues within SLAs.
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate admin tasks and reporting.
- Monitor service health, security alerts, and usage trends.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on projects and improvements.
