Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our remote IT team. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot issues for end users and meet SLAs.
• Document incidents, service requests, and problem records.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours support.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for admin tasks and reporting.
• Use Microsoft Graph to automate processes and integrations.
• Create and maintain technical docs, runbooks, and training materials.
