Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. This fully remote role requires East Coast hours and a commitment to reliable, secure cloud services.

You will support end users, automate workflows, and collaborate across IT teams to uphold service quality. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in similar roles, strong problem-solving skills, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Troubleshoot issues for end users and meet SLAs with timely resolutions.
• Document incidents and service requests in the Service Management platform.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration and reporting tasks.
• Monitor security, performance, and usage across Microsoft 365 environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
