American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States but requires alignment with East Coast hours.

You will administer and support MS 365 services, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to automation and security initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 environments and a commitment to helping the

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to apply technical expertise to resolve problems.

Responsabilités

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of technical issues for end users while meeting SLAs.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problems; document records in the Service Management platform.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical incidents.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline Microsoft 365 administration and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to support projects and operational needs.
