Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator for a fully remote role, able to support East Coast hours. You will administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, troubleshoot issues, and drive automation using PowerShell and APIs.

Collaboration with IT teams and a focus on security and reliability are key. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience, with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide timely, effective support meeting SLAs.
• Document incidents, service requests, and changes; participate in on-call rotation.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for administration and reporting.
• Monitor service health, security alerts, and usage trends; generate dashboards and reports.
