The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of IT experience, strong communication, and ITIL-informed practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• Minimum 4 years of related IT experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and meet SLAs.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Monitor security, compliance, and reporting.
