Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, offers advanced microscopy and AI-based image analysis solutions. The AWS-Widefield role focuses on providing technical pre- and post-sales support, demos, training, and remote field coverage primarily in the Texas area.

As part of the Life Science Research team, you will collaborate with Account Managers, deliver high-quality demonstrations, and help customers achieve optimal imaging outcomes while traveling up to 70% domestically.

Qualifications

• Candidates have hands-on microscopy and digital imaging experience.
• Teaching or training experience to guide customers in using imaging equipment.
• Familiarity with biological imaging applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations of advanced widefield systems.
• Provide application, product, software, and technical support throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to plan pipeline and drive opportunities.
• Develop imaging protocols and ensure systems meet customer needs.
