Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Channel Sales Specialist to drive growth with large US channel partners. You will manage relationships, promote Leica’s microscopy solutions, and grow accounts within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 3+ years successful selling products of a technical nature.
• Demonstrated core understanding of Microscopy / Imaging / Application.
• Relationship Building with channel partners; Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
• Knowledge of specific area of work (Commercial, Government, University, Industry etc.)

Responsibilities

• Increase Sales through Large Channel Partners: Collaborate with channel partners to co-prospect new customers, recommend Leica products, and drive growth.
• Product and Application Expertise: Act as the go-to expert on Leica’s routine microscopy solutions and portfolio.
• Upskill and Support Partners: Train channel partners on Leica products and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Field Sales and Customer Engagement: Engage in direct sales, attend shows, maintain relationships across accounts.
• CRM and Internal Collaboration: Keep Salesforce up to date and collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Service, Engineering.
• Relationship Development and Management: Own large channel partner relationships and execute go-to-market strategies.
