Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Advanced Workflow Specialist-Widefield to provide pre- and post-sales support for widefield microscopy products. You will perform demonstrations, troubleshooting, and training for Life Science Research customers, focusing on the Texas region from a remote/field-based location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the life sciences or optics field.
• 2+ years in a research environment applying microscopy and digital imaging techniques or imaging analysis.
• Teaching or training experience providing training and advice on imaging equipment.
• Familiarity with biological imaging applications; fluorescence, microscopy and optics experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by delivering high-quality product demonstrations of widefield systems and applying technical expertise to advance opportunities and increase order conversion.
• Partner with Account Managers and AWS team with regular communication and pipeline alignment.
• Provide expert application, product, software, and technical support throughout the customer journey, including training and troubleshooting.
• Develop, validate, and execute imaging protocols and demonstration activities tailored to customer applications.
