Job summary

Thanx is seeking a hands-on Merchant Operations specialist to ensure restaurant partners' loyalty, mobile apps, online ordering, and POS integrations run smoothly. You'll configure setups, troubleshoot issues, and work with Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Engineering to deliver reliable outcomes.

You will embrace AI-enabled tools, dig into data to identify root causes, and communicate findings clearly to merchants and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Configure merchant setups. Set up and update loyalty, rewards, app, and online ordering for new and existing merchants.
• Connect partner integrations with POS, ordering, and delivery partners.
• Investigate and resolve issues with evidence for Engineering.
• Monitor location health and catch integrations that break.
• Manage card network enrollment for locations.
