Zusammenfassung

Thanx is a loyalty and guest engagement platform for restaurants, and this Merchant Operations role focuses on ensuring partners’ setups, integrations, and ongoing health of loyalty, mobile apps, and online ordering. You will troubleshoot issues, root-cause analyses, and deliver fixes with clear, actionable communication.

Reporting to the Director of Merchant Operations and Support, you will own meaningful pieces of work from early on, collaborating with Support, Customer Success,

Qualifikationen

Experience in technical support, operations, or implementation roles diagnosing problems across systems.
Proven ability to find root causes, not just close tickets.
Comfort with data; SQL is a big plus.
Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to speed up analysis.
Clear written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to automate repetitive work and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with restaurant technology, POS, payments, or APIs is a plus.

Aufgaben

Configure merchant setups and update loyalty, rewards, app, and online ordering for merchants.
Connect partner integrations to POS, ordering, and delivery partners; manage credentials.
Investigate and resolve issues; provide clear bug reports with evidence to Engineering.
Monitor location health, catch cards or integrations that stop transacting.
Build and improve automations such as monitors, lookups, and workflows.
Communicate updates for merchants and teammates so actions are clear.
