Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine is seeking a licensed remote therapist to provide evidence-based psychotherapy from a home office. You will join a clinician-led team with 40+ years of combined experience and work within your licensed state.

As an independently contracted clinician, you’ll set your own hours and caseload, collaborate virtually with psychologists, psychiatrists, and APPs, and receive admin support for scheduling and billing while focusing on delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in state of delivery (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Fully licensed to practice independently (no provisional licensure).
• Minimum of two years outpatient psychotherapy experience.
• Comfort using EHR systems and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy via secure telehealth.
• Perform initial clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Participate in provider orientation and team meetings.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR and adhere to care standards.
• Refer patients internally for medication management and other services.
