Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine seeks licensed therapists to join its clinician-led team as independent contractors providing evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth. You will work autonomously with flexible hours from your home office while collaborating with psychologists, psychiatrists, and APPs to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in the state of practice (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT).
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum two years outpatient psychotherapy experience.
• Tech-savvy with HIPAA-compliant video platforms and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy via secure telehealth platforms.
• Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate virtually with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR system.
• Refer patients internally for medication management and other modalities as needed.
• Participate in orientation and clinical team meetings.
• Deliver standard of care for psychotherapy services.
