Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine seeks a licensed therapist to join a clinician-led team for remote, independent practice. Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via secure telehealth, collaborating with psychologists, psychiatrists, and APPs to coordinate patient care.

Set your own hours and caseload with administrative support for scheduling and billing. Requires an active license in your state, 2+ years of outpatient experience, and proficiency with EHR and HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in the delivery state (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Fully licensed to practice independently without provisional status.
• Minimum two years of outpatient psychotherapy experience preferred.
• Tech-savvy with EHR and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
• Strong understanding of various mental health models and diagnostic criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; reliable internet and private workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy via secure telehealth.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in provider orientation and clinical team meetings.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Adhere to standard of care for psychotherapy delivery.
• Refer patients for medication management or other modalities as needed.
