Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine is seeking licensed clinicians to join a clinician-led team delivering evidence-based psychotherapy via secure telehealth. As an independently contracted remote therapist, you’ll set your own hours, caseload, and care schedule from your home office, collaborating virtually with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other clinicians.

This role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling within your licensed state, and admin support for scheduling and billing.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active license in the state of service.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of outpatient psychotherapy experience.
• Proficient with EHR systems and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to provide at least 20 hours per week of direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy via secure telehealth.
• Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in provider orientation and clinical team meetings.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Adhere to standard of care for psychotherapy delivery.
• Refer patients internally for additional services as needed.
