Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine is seeking a fully remote, independently contracted therapist to provide evidence-based psychotherapy from home. Work from anywhere within your licensed state with autonomy to set hours and caseload.

Collaborate virtually with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists and psychiatrists. Enjoy admin support for scheduling, billing, and tech needs, and grow your caseload over time.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in the state of delivery.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Fully licensed to practice independently (no provisional licensure).
• Minimum of two years of outpatient psychotherapy experience.
• Comfort with EHR systems and HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy via secure telehealth.
• Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in provider orientation and team meetings.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Refer patients internally for medication management or other modalities.
• Ensure delivery of standard of care for psychotherapy.
