America's Credit Union is seeking a Remote Member Contact Center Representative to serve as the primary contact for members. This full-time, day-shift role requires a high school diploma or GED and offers growth opportunities.

You will assist with account inquiries, transfers, loan status, and cross-sell products while delivering professional service and building member relationships. The position includes comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and retirement matches, with a typical daytime

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of related customer service experience.
• Professional voice and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and sustain extended phone sessions.
• Computer literate with effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in 10-Key typing at least 35 words per minute.
• Excellent interpersonal, member service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Assist members with account inquiries, transfers, and stop payments via phone and online platforms.
• Provide information on loan application status, payment, and payoff amounts.
• Provide account history and statement copies.
• Set members up for electronic services.
• Use the phone system to provide prompt, professional, and courteous service.
• Actively expand existing member relationships by cross-speaking products or referring to sales staff.
• Participate as part of a collaborative team.
