America First Credit Union is seeking a Remote Full-time Member Service Representative (Contact Center) to handle member inquiries, promote services, and maintain high satisfaction. Training starts in Roy, Utah with in-person sessions (30-90 days), followed by remote work. Schedule is Mon–Sat with flexible shifts; work-from-home options after training.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of member services and products.
• Understanding of Teller processes, bookkeeping procedures, and computer system applications.
• 1-3 years experience in a full service financial institution (preferred).
• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to operate 10-key, telephone, and computer.

Responsabilités

• Assumes responsibility for effective and professional performance of member service functions.
• Receives member questions and concerns in a professional manner; researches and resolves promptly.
• Provides information on accounts, payments, rates, loan options, and related services.
• Establishes and maintains professional relations with members and communicates policies.
• Cross-sells Credit Union products and maintains clean, organized work area.
