Job summary

The American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Meetings Technology Manager to oversee the meetings management technology, build out registration and attendee management tools, and act as the system administrator for meeting SaaS platforms. You will drive improvements and deliver engaging, compliant user experiences for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in meetings/events technology, registration platforms, or marketing/event operations.
• CMP preferred or Cvent certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with Cvent, Groupize, or similar platforms.
• Driver's License required.
• Project management or Agile/Scrum familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meetings Management Technology & Platform Support; administer meeting SaaS tools and configurations.
• Registration Websites & Lead Attendee Management—templates, workflows, reporting, payments, and communications.
• Design and Optimize Attendee Experience—registration sites, mobile apps, intuitive user flow and on-brand pages.
• Manage Supplier & Technology Provider Relationships—vendor coordination, SLAs, roadmaps, renewals with Procurement/IT.
• Drive Innovation, Continuous Improvement & Cross Functional‑Support—evaluate new tech, analyze metrics, standardize QA, and mentor others.
