The Senior Meetings Technology Manager at American Cancer Society oversees meetings management technology and registration tools, acting as the system administrator for meeting SaaS platforms and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless experiences for attendees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CMP preferred.
• 7–10 years in meetings/events tech or related roles.
• Experience with registration platforms (Cvent, Groupize).
• PM/Agile experience is a plus.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meetings Management Technology & Platform Support and admin SaaS tools; configure, troubleshoot issues, train users.
• Oversee registration templates, attendee data workflows, reporting, and payment processing.
• Design and maintain on-brand registration sites and mobile apps for attendees.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors; assess enhancements and SLAs.
• Drive innovation, standardize processes, and support cross-functional teams.
