Job summary

BD is a leading medical technology company seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to resolve high-risk issues and customer escalations. You’ll work across ES 1.1x upgrade teams, ensuring regulatory adherence and strong cross-functional collaboration.

The role involves troubleshooting from server to station, maintaining knowledge of BD products, and delivering clear, data-driven case notes. Remote work is possible with on-site collaboration where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Must have SQL querying experience with complex databases.
• Experience with Windows server and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Familiarity with BD products and healthcare environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrade and remediation efforts.
• Handle inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations with timely updates.
• Troubleshoot complex issues from server to workstation, including hospital IT environments.
• Document case notes with high data quality and integrity in Salesforce.
