BD is a global medical technology company focused on advancing the world of health. We seek a Technical Support Specialist 2 to handle complex, time-sensitive issues and escalations, with deep knowledge of Medstation systems and ES 1.1x remediation.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, maintain regulatory adherence, and continuously expand product knowledge while delivering high-quality customer support from a remote home office with periodic on-site collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Must be able to write queries and analyze SQL data (i.e. Select and Join statements) within complex database structures.
• SSIS exposure/experience.
• SQL Reporting Services.
• Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration (Win7+)
• Networking topology, terminology, commands
• IIS and Web Application Administration
• Group Policies Terminology and Administration
• VMware Terminology and Administration
• Application Installation and Troubleshooting
• Ports (Networking/OS)
• Understanding of XML language
• Ability to review application and OS logs

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x Channel and provide CSC support.
• Maintain high levels of data quality and document case notes clearly in Salesforce.
• Provide progress updates and ensure customer needs are met.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team to coordinate support and remediation activities.
• Demonstrate understanding of BD products and how they interact with customer workflows.
