Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Must be able to write queries and analyze SQL data (Select/Join) within complex database structures.
• Experience with ES 1.1x remediation and remote troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving complex, time-sensitive, high-risk issues including customer escalations.
• Provide CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrade and implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain documentation, case notes, and data quality in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with field service and internal peers to coordinate remediation efforts.
