Job summary

BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to assist with complex, time-sensitive issues across Medstation systems and ES 1.1x upgrades. The role involves remote troubleshooting, escalating to field service as needed, and delivering timely customer updates while maintaining high data integrity in Salesforce.

The successful candidate has a technical background, SQL experience, and a willingness to work in a flexible, remote-enabled environment with in-office collaboration at select sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computing/tech.
• SQL experience including writing queries and analyzing data (SELECT/JOIN).
• Exposure to SSIS and SQL Reporting Services.
• Windows Server and desktop administration skills.
• Networking concepts, ports, and related terminology.
• IIS and Web application administration.
• VMware terminology and administration.
• Ability to review application and OS logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrade/remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communications.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for ES 1.1x remediation.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues and provide timely updates to customers.
• Document case notes accurately in Salesforce.
