Job summary

BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to resolve complex, time-sensitive issues across the ES 1.1x remediation, from server to station and integrated BD products. You will collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade teams, handle customer communications, document notes in Salesforce, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Must write SQL queries and analyze SQL data in complex databases.
• Experience with SSIS, SQL Reporting Services, Windows Server, networking, and VMware.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade teams to ensure timely communication and support.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements for ES 1.1x remediation.
• Provide customer service support and document case notes in Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed to field service.
