Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for ES 1.1x remediation.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x for troubleshooting and support.
• Provide customer service and case updates with timely communication.
• Document notes with high data quality in Salesforce.
