BD is recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist 2 in the United States (Minnesota) to join our global medical technology team. This role focuses on resolving complex, time-sensitive issues, remote troubleshooting, and coordinating with field service for ES 1.1x upgrades.

You’ll support internal peers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain detailed Salesforce case notes, and continuously expand knowledge of BD products and ES

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years).
• Must be able to write queries and analyze SQL data (e.g. Select and Join) within complex database structures.
• SSIS (SQL Job) exposure/experience.
• SQL Reporting Services.
• Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration (Win7+).
• Networking topology, terminology, commands.
• IIS and Web Application Administration.
• Group Policies Terminology and Administration.
• VMware Terminology and Administration.
• Application Installation and Troubleshooting.
• Ports (Networking/OS).
• Understanding of XML language (1+ years).
• Ability to review application and OS logs (2+ years).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication and support.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for ES 1.1x remediation.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x to troubleshoot and support.
• Provide customer service support.
• Demonstrate service orientation, initiative and quality.
• Handle inbound calls, callbacks and escalations on the 1.1x channel.
• Communicate clearly via phone and email.
• Document case notes with high data quality and integrity (Salesforce).
• Provide progress updates and gather customer feedback.
• Prioritize and manage cases for a high-quality customer experience.
• Understand Customer Education and encourage learning across teams.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards work, colleagues, customers and policies.
• Seek feedback to improve performance.
• Display understanding of BD products and how GTS and Field Service support them.
• Understand how BD products integrate with pharmacy workflow.
• Possess working knowledge of Windows OS & hospital IT environments.
