Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/ET or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience with query analysis.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and Windows Server administration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team to coordinate support.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for ES 1.1x remediation.
• Troubleshoot, remote support, and escalate to field service as needed.
• Maintain Salesforce case notes and provide customer updates.
