Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years).
• Must be able to write queries and analyze SQL data (SELECT/JOIN).
• Knowledge of ES 1.1x remediation and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex, time-sensitive issues including customer escalations.
• Handle site downtime, remote troubleshooting, and dispatch cases to field techs.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication and remediation.
• Maintain high-quality case notes and customer updates in Salesforce.
